Miraj Developers’ landmark building project in Udaipur, Miraj Morning got the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) making it the first such project getting this certificate after the implementation of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

Under RERA, it will be a win win project for both the developer and home owner, as once the building gets a BCC certificate under RERA, no GST will be applicable, taking down the final ownership cost by around 12% under the current market scenario, said Prabhakar Shukla of Miraj in an interaction with UdaipurTimes.

Other Nathdwara projects of Miraj, viz. Miraj Meridian have also secured the building completion certificate under RERA.
