January 29, 2025 – LinkedIn has developed a new AI tool for job seekers which will assist its one billion users. According to LinkedIn's data, currently 9,000 job applications are submitted every minute on the platform. This new tool will instantly provide advice on whether applying for a particular job is the right move for you.

Along with this, LinkedIn has also launched a recruitment AI agent, designed for small businesses. This tool will make the recruitment process easier for small businesses, such as posting jobs, finding qualified candidates and reviewing their applications. Both tools will be available free of charge.
