Ramada Udaipur Resort & Spa brings to you a new style of sizzlers this season
These new fiery and subtle styled sizzlers are a whole new experience, the sound of varied flavours erupting.
The idea is to serve “garma-garam” food of a more exotic kind; it will sizzle but with a twist. The fest which is currently on has an assortment of six vegetarian sizzlers, four in the non-veg category and 3 in Desserts with a complimentary pint of Kingfisher or a Mocktail.
Unlike the standard choice of noodles and rice over a portion of vegetables, the fest gives a wide choice of accompaniments in Vegetable Chinese Tokri. The pairing is done keeping in mind the preferences and flavors opted by Udaipurians choice. The options are more than a few to pick but the best to taste in the Vegetarian selection is the East Aur West ki Sizzler with Cottage Cheese Cubes marinated in delicate spices and yogurt with flavor of fennel cooked in Tandoor and served with Tandoori salad. A good option to try in the non-veg section is the “Chicken on Sticks” that gives a slight peanut sauce and pickled gherkins flavor.
The other non-veg options are “Indian surf & turf”, “Punjabi Murgh Tangadi” & “Tandoori Sawn Haryali Machli”. The main intention of the Sizzler Festival is to provide a high perceived value for the guests, defined by beautiful decor, pleasant atmosphere, Chef Arun’s special tongue tantalizing food & exceptional service.
