Good news for Non veggies of the city. Nut Bolt, a Non Veg Pickup Corner has started serving from today onwards with varieties of delicious food and snacks. This pickup joint is a part of Jai Ambe restaurant in Sukher.

Nut Bolt, located at Siphon Circle uses most unique cooking concepts similar to its name which derives from a local slang used by people to entitle non vegetarian food as “Nut- Bolt”.

Specifying the unusual cooking concept, the owner of Nut-Bolt Pickup Corner Gopal Wada says, “Unlike other non-veg restaurants who prepare mutton and chicken after boiling, we cook it un-boiled with the spices to keep the taste inherent and authentic.

The specialty of the takeaway is Makki ka Paniya, special corn flour bread serves with mutton gravy, Kheema Pav, Mutton with Bati and fish fry.

Narpat Singh, one of the customers when asked about his experience at Nut Bolt says, “I am a regular customer of Jai Ambe Restaurant from 6-7 years, I love their taste and same I found here at Nut Bolt.”

The food price is quiet affordable, Rs.75/- per person can be paid for good amount of delicacies.

“However, the mutton serves here is Not Halal but chicken is Halal,” says the owner.
