Newly elected working committee of Bapu Bazaar Jain Business association took oath in a ceremony organised at Terapanth Bhawan today. The election of the committee held last month in which 250 registered members of this group voted for the post of President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Senior Vice President and other positions.

The ceremony was carried out by Gulab Chand Katariya, Leader BJP; Kiran Chandra Lasod as president, Surrendra Kumar Babel as General Secretary, Arvind Lodha as Treasurer and Harak Lal Duggad as Senior Vice President with 27 others were given oath.

According to Kiran Chandra, this group of businessmen has been involved into various social activities for past many years. Kiran said that they have donated 41 fans in various schools along with installation of benches worth Rs.1 lac. They also come up with a variety of co-curricular activities for the members at regular intervals.
