Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla Inaugurates Chamber of Commerce Udaipur Division Premises

Udaipur, Nov 25, 2025: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla inaugurated the new building of the Chamber of Commerce Udaipur Division in Udaipur. He said that this structure represents the hopes, ambitions, and dreams of the industrial and business sectors. It is poised to become an important hub that will guide Udaipur's economic progress. Birla said that Udaipur holds significant potential not only in tourism but also in industrial, trade, and investment opportunities. The revered land of Mewar attracts people from around the world with its culture, art, and natural beauty and is now leading the way in industrial and investment sectors.

He said that as India rapidly emerges as a global hub for investment, skills, and trade, the country's youth are driving global change, and their creativity and capabilities are creating a new identity for India. He further stated that the newly established Chamber of Commerce will certainly serve as a focal point for innovation, entrepreneurship, and new opportunities. Chairman Birla emphasized that this facility will be crucial for establishing relationships with tourists and investors visiting Udaipur from around the world, fostering collaboration, and generating investment opportunities. We are currently in an era of data, technology, and innovation; cities that leverage these opportunities will experience rapid growth. Member of Parliament C.P. Joshi, Rajya Sabha member Chunnilal Garasiya, MLAs Tarachand Jain and Phool Singh Meena, as well as former royal family member Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, were present at the event along with public representatives and chamber members.
