Price Hike: Petrol by Rs. 3.38/L, Diesel by Rs. 2.94/L
Both petrol price and diesel price were hiked again in a fortnight on Friday. While petrol prices were hiked by Rs. 3.13/L, diesel prices were raised by Rs. 2.71/L.

After the revision, the petrol price in Udaipur is Rs. 72.25/L, while diesel is Rs. 57.53/L. the fuel prices were last raised on April 30th when petrol was raised by Rs. 3.96/L and diesel by Rs. 2.37/L.
Since last price change, there has been a steep increase in international prices of both petrol and diesel. Also, the INR-USD exchange rate has also depreciated quite significantly in this period. The combined effect of both these factors has led to revision in prices.
