A multi-storey luxurious apartment project has started at Udaipur’s budding residential area, Navratan Complex. More interesting is that the pre-bookings are closed just on the day of the project-launch.

Raj Villas, with 2 and 3 Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen (BHK) flat will be constructed in both; standard and duplex apartments with all basic and high-end facilities. The project was inaugurated by Amil Sheikh Mustafa,of Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat.

The project is developed by Raj Builders, while the architects are Ahmedabad based Surendra and Manish Parmar. Though Raj Builders is a new name in Udaipur’s real estate market but it has already accomplished some small yet very promising projects earlier.

Approved by U.I.T. Udaipur, Raj Villas will be a 9 floor building to be constructed in an area of 12,000 square feet. The area of standard 2 and 3 BHK apartments will be1254sq.ft and 2184 sq.ft. respectively while 3 BHK Duplex apartments will be of 2508sq.ft for both upper and lower level.

According to Abbas Ali, one of the developers of the project, “It is the first project of Udaipur which has duplex apartments.”

When asked about the fast booking of all still to be made flats, Abbas said, “It is just because of the credibility and trust Raj Builders have made among its clients and Raj Villas also has its own worth, facilities, location and other amenities which are just favorable for anyone who wishes to own a dream home.”

The architectural design of the building is earthquake resistance RCC structure and also has facilities of firefighting and rain water harvesting systems.

The flats are coming with essential facilities like modular kitchen, 100% power backup, provision for intercom, 24 hours water supply, 5 years warranty on electrical and plumbing fittings, provision for geyser & exhaust fans, Aqua guard & chimney.

Other basic facilities provided at Raj Villas are basement parking, playing area for kids, 2 elevators, laundry, grocery &yellow brigade services and garden area.

Besides 24 hours security service building will have CCTV cameras in common areas, society office, store room and guard room.
