Phase 7 of RIICO Industrial Plots Allotment under Rising Rajasthan Commences

Udaipur, Dec 05, 2025: The seventh phase of the industrial plots allocation has begun from Friday, December 5, 2025: In this phase MoU holders under the Rising Rajasthan program will be allocated nearly 6,000 industrial and logistics plots in 108 industrial areas across various districts in Rajasthan. These 108 industrial areas incude 7 seven new sites. The application window for registering interest by the MoU signatories is open until December 18, 2025 and the e-lottery is scheduled for December 23, 2025.
Industrial Areas
Under the seventh phase of allotment, plots in 108 industrial areas will be allocated. These include 7 new industrial areas, viz. Dhunwala (Bhilwara), Sangh Saukhri (Alwar), Barauli (Dholpur), Piplund (Bhilwara), Kidimaal (Bhilwara), Sadhaana General Zone (Beawer) and Kekdi Extension (Ajmer).
Eligibility
Those investors, who have signed MoUs under the Rising Rajasthan program till November 19, 2025 are eligible for bidding in the seventh allocation phase. The investors will have to log in with their respective SSO IDs between Dec 5-18, 2025 and deposit their earnest money (EMD) to apply.
Investments and Opportunities Till Dateb
RIICO has allocated plots in 117 industrial areas till date, which include 31 new industrial areas. Plots have been allocated to 1070 applicants (MoU signatories) till date. The total value of these plots is nearly Rs 1,877 Crores and the total investment is expected to be around Rs 15, 274 Crore in the first 6 phases. This is expected to generate employment for at least 30,000 people in the state. As per Shivangi Swarnkar, MD, RIICO, the Direct Allotment Scheme, which began in March 2025, intends to execute MoUs swiftly and empower the investors without delay, so that the production commences and employment generation begins - which is the gist of Rising Rajasthan. Special allocations have been reserved for investors in the SC/ST category, women investors, those with benchmark disabilities and dependants of deceased Armed Forces and Paramilitary personnel.
