For the past few years, flat culture has been widespread in Udaipur and one can bet for its strikingly vivid future. To grab hold of this opportunity, Saanchi Developers have entered the real estate market and have decided to provide premium flats in reasonable price to its customer base, as informed to our reporter.

Piyush Maru of Saanchi Pvt Ltd informed that they are soon going to start their project, in the name ‘Sahil Enclave’, at Sobhagpura Road, opposite to DPS.

This project shall comprise of  eight storeyed  residential building covering 1 lac square feet of total area and each floor shall consist of seven flats of 2-3 BHK making a total of 63 flats. Sahil Enclave shall also have premium facilities like swimming pool, gym, club house, play garden, 24 hours  power backup and two heavy lifts for their elite customers. It shall have the facility of stilt parking which could accommodate around  70-75 cars.

He also said that with the modern elevation, this project shall have 60 feet road on both the sides. Each flat shall be open from three sides with two balconies for each two BHK  and three balconies for each three BHK. Project shall have splendid 5000 square feet podium garden which is a unique feature and not usually found in many projects.

Three percent of area of the project shall be allocated for small time shops for its operation.

Another project, ‘Gold Square’ shall come up soon at Bhatt Ji Ki Baari comprising of twelve luxury flats. They might also start with a township in Lakkadwas industrial area which could have total number  of  1100 one and two BHK flats. As per the inputs given by the spokesperson of the Company, it could take three years to complete the same.
