First stage of low budget flats project ‘Ghar Aangan’, by Saanchi Group at Kalladwas Industrial Area near Shantihills, will be inaugurated on Sunday at 11:15 am.

Deepak Parihar of Saanchi Group informed that in all the four stages, there will be a total of 1200 1-BHK and 2-Bhk flats. Initially, 300 flats will be made in the first stage. 1-BHK flats will cover an area of 545 Sq Feet and will be sold at Rs 825,000 while 2-BHK will be cover 855 Sq Feet and will cost Rs 1,255,000.

He also said that this project will be strong enough to resist earthquakes and will have CCTVs installed for security purposes. Ghar Aangan will have all the facilities such as garden, playground, ATM, Departmental Store, Medical Store, Shuttle van for city transport, mini garden for cultural programs, basketball, badminton, volleyball courts, cycling track, rainwater harvesting system etc.

Another project, ‘Gold Square’ comprising of twelve luxury flats shall come up soon at Bhatt Ji Ki Baari.
