SBI has opened INTOUCH bank branch in Udaipur at Manglam Fun Square on Durga nursery road. The branch was inaugurated by the CGM Delhi SBI Alok Kumar Choudhary. This will be the first branch of Udaipur where customers will be availing the facility of self-opening of their account.

The branch will have only two officers to provide technical assistance to the customers. The bank is equipped with hi-tech machines wherein the form will be filled and it will work only through Adhar card.

To add to this, the customers can have their cheques cleared through the cheque drop machines. The other facilities through the machines are passbook printing, obtaining a new debit card and cash deposit as well. This branch has come as relief to the people accustomed to the digital world who had also raised a demand for this kind of facility.

CGM Alok Choudhary said that such hi-tech branches are being opened with full support of Indian government. DGM Ajit Singh, AGM RP Gupta, Udaipur Branch Manager Yogesh Rajoria and other officers and employees of the bank were also present on the occasion.
