Under the ongoing restructuring of the Smt. Manbai Murdia Hospital, the administration and management has shifted hands and will now be under the control and supervision of the Shantiraj Hospital Pvt. Ltd. The newly constituted entity, Smt. Manbai Murdia & Shantiraj Hospital Pvt. Ltd, will be inaugurated tomorrow 19^th May 2012 at their premises located in Hiran Magri, Sector 11.

This entity, which will be having the first MRI Centre in Hiran Magri, also boasts of distinguished medical practitioners, namely Dr. Ashok Jain, the only Cancer Surgeon of Udaipur and Dr. Sapan Jain, a Bariatric surgeon, who is a specialist in undertaking weight loss exercises using laser therapy, among others.

Naresh Sharma, who is a noted Pharmacist from Udaipur and the Director of Shantiraj Hospital Pvt. Ltd., stated in the press conference that Shantiraj Hospital would be the only institute in Udaipur practicing Bariatric surgery.

The hospital will also have an Orthopedic Department, which will be headed by Dr. Pankaj Jain. In addition to this Dr. Shalini Bansal, a Gynecologist; Dr. Shailendra Singh, a Peditrician and a Plastic Surgeon; Dr. Sudhir Tomar, Skin Specialist and Dr. Ritesh Gehlot will also give timely visits to the hospital.

The Hospital will have all the latest technical diagnostic equipment including an MRI Centre, Digital X-Ray, Sonography Machine, Color Doppler, TMT, 2D Eco and a Pathology department. These services will be provided to the common public at a very nominal charge. The hospital also has a 24-hour Ambulance service.
