Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s premier ITES company has given placement offers to three students of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS), Udaipur.

As per information provided by the Placement Cell at GITS, the students selected by TCS include Pooja Vijayvargiya (BTech – Electronics), Ronak Jain (BTech – Electronics) and Rituparna Das (BTech – Computer Science).  The placement took place in a off-campus drive by TCS, for Assistant System Engineer profile of the company.

Arvind Singh Pemawat of GITS Placement cell conveyed his pleasure on the selection of the institutes students at TCS, which is India’s top IT company and ranked 64th globally in the 2015 Forbes World’s Most Innovative companies list.  TCS is the worlds 9th largest ITES company in terms of revenue.  He further informed that the selection process took place across three rounds, which included an online examination, a technical interview round and the final HR round. The annual package offered to the students is Rs. 3.6lac.

GITS Director Prof Dr. Vikas Misra and Finance Controller B L Jangir also expressed their appreciation on the selection of the students in the MNC and wished them a bright future ahead.
