In English Dictionary the word crew is used for a gang, team, squad or a company. However it holds a total different meaning in Udaipur. Crew  is a group of youngsters aged between 19 to 22 years connected with the locals of town and have taken significant steps for Udaipur as a whole.

The Crew is a group consisting of youths managing and organising all kinds of events in Udaipur, and their elders manage a group, known by the name of Udaipur Cine Artist Association. The name was originated from a football team of Secondary School as a way of classifying their hard work for Udaipur. Though formulated earlier, it was not commonly used until their reintroduction in 2009 with Y Rockz (an event against drug addiction) in Field Club, Udaipur.

The definition of The crew has turned out into helpers of the society. These youngsters have shown Udaipur a new ray of light in terms of organising events every now and then. After organising so many events their one priority in organising has remained the same – providing excellent customer service at every event! Whether the guest list is of 5 or 5,000, they make your occasion everyone will be talking about!

The Corporate level (Udaipur Cine Artist Association) of The Crew is headed by 3 partners i.e. Sanjay, Pawan and Piyush. They started with the release of their first venture working together in for the movie Aditya met Avantika.

The Crew works as a Film and Event Coordinator in organizing for outdoor and indoor film / ad / documentary / short film shooting / events in Rajasthan as well as Gujarat. They provide total Event solution services for Event Organizers, including free and impartial advice on planning Meetings, Conferences, AGM, Events, Live Shows, Weddings, Accommodation, Transportation and Catering as per the knowledge about the local place. It has been easy for them to obtain all kinds of Government and Local Permissions to shoot at the location of the choice at any time Day or Night!!!

The Crew has been working with their own Company in Udaipur and has begun a Company to Co-ordinate the Hollywood & Bollywood Films & Documentary and Advertisements & T-V Serials Shoot.
