Within a week of closure of Khau Gali near Sukhadia Circle, a similar food court, Udaipur Chowpatty, situated near Swaroop Sagar also closed down after receiving a final notice from Udaipur Municipal Corporation.

Udaipur Chowpatty had come up near Swaroop Sagar on the Shiksha Bhawan road. The owners were issued notice since residential land was being used for commercial purposes. UMC had issued a final notice and had slated Thursday as the day of seizure when the owner issued a written letter stating that all activities had been stopped and the stalls had been dismantled.

16 stalls had come up in 3000-4000 sq ft area. A notice was issued in name of Nishant Dhupia and Gajendra Chordia by UMC for running commercial activities in residential area.
