After completing their tenure in Vedanta Anganwadi Centre, 9000 underprivileged children from rural areas of Rajasthan and Orissa will join formal schools after the month of July 2012.

With the association of the state governments of Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Orissa the child care projects started in 2008 with the prime objective of providing nutrition, health and education to the children from age group of 3-6 years.

Vedanta, besides providing nutritious food is also helping in nurturing the overall life of these children.

Celebrating the joy of sending these children to school, Vedanta wishes them a prosperous future.
