Volvo construction equipment have added 5 more service and spare part centers in the state to provide a better service to their customers. The company already had centers at Bhilwara, Bundi and Bikaner.

Prafful Mehta, the Managing Director of Udaipur Drillcom (Raj.) Private Limited, the official dealer of Volvo construction equipment in Rajasthan said, “We have started a new service center at Udaipur, Kelwa, Jaipur, Kota and Barmer. Our Jaipur centre is already running and functioning and Barmer unit will start within 2 months.”

While addressing the press conference today, he said, “We have opened a center at NH 76 in Udaipur which is under construction and will be in operation very soon.”

Earlier, owners of the machines have to move to other cities for repair and maintenance of their machineries but now with additional service centers in the state will certainly help the customers in saving their time and money.

Volvo machineries have a GPS connection which gives the details of working of a machine to the owner and dealers sitting at far off places. This technology helps in evolution of technical problems of the machine.

Volvo construction equipment started in 1950 and has been working for almost 12 years now in India. Company is quite popular in India for machineries like excavators, loaders and machineries for road construction etc. Its production center is situated at Bangalore with 12% of market share.
