Women are God’s best creation in which he has filled all the strength, emotions, love and care. A woman always trusts and respects herself, she listens to her needs and desires, and meets them with tenderness and grace.

Apart from all these qualities, we are also considered the world’s best managers.

Being a daughter, sister, wife, daughter-in-law or mother, we have been superb managers. We always accept challenging roles and try our best to do them justice. We always fulfill all our duties at each and every part of life but while playing different roles of our life somewhere in our heart we sometimes forget what we are and what our dreams are.

For me, being just a housewife does not really complete a woman as a person. A woman needs to grow and she can grow if she gets a chance to do so.

Nowadays, more women are becoming independent. They want to have a successful career and manage their own finances. But it doesn’t mean that if women have careers, they will neglect the things at home. In fact, they can usually handle them both.

A strong desire to do something positive is an inbuilt quality of women. They are capable of contributing values in both family and social life. They don’t want to put their dreams of building their careers and identities to sleep.
