Expanding its web of reach to every television in household of the country, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEE), India’s leading television, media & entertainment conglomerate, recently launched ‘Zee Anmol’, a free-to-air general entertainment channel (GEC).

‘Zee Anmol’ is the first channel on Indian television to be simultaneously launched on mobile and television platforms.

 On 6^th January, a new program Mrs. Kaushik Ki PaanchBahueinwas premiered on Zee Anmol and the lead characters Mrs.Kaushik played by Vibha Chibber and her co artist SwatiBajpai (NimmiKaushik) addressed a press conference in Udaipur today.

Both expressed their pleasure on the new channel launched which will reach to millions of new audience.

Vibha Chibber also talked about the new serial which is based on a mother in law and her 5 daughterin law. Every character is different in style and temperament which will make the story gripping and entertaining.

Speaking of the channel’s simultaneous launch on mobile and television, AkashChawla, Marketing Head, National Channels, ZEEL said, “With the mobile internet penetration in India reaching almost 100 million, a simultaneous mobile launch of ‘Zee Anmol’ significantly aids in increasing the reach of the brand.”

He adds, “Viewers, even with 2G connections and non-smart phones, are today able to keep up with the channel through its WAP site zeeanmol.tv.”
