Zucchini – a vegetarian Indo-Italian restaurant in the heart of the city (Court Circle), is looking forward to redefine the dining culture of Udaipur. True to its name, Zucchini is here to serve the Indian tongues with some tasteful Italian dishes. With the introduction of Italian menu in Udaipur, the restaurant has not ignored the local flavours and choices. At Zucchini, you can expect the gatte ki sabzi to be as good as penne giardiniera. The restaurant is expected to have a grand opening in the coming days but its doors are open to serve you.

The venture is jointly initiated by five passionate businessmen of Udaipur, Siddharth and Ashish Agrawal, Jitesh and Yogesh Vyas, and Rajesh Rawal. According to Sidharth Agrawal, “Zucchini is likely to give new parameters to dining experience of local masses. The varieties of tea that we are going to serve here are from Paris, while the cheese we are using is being bought from Italy. We are using the world’s finest chocolate in our desserts and our signature dishes are a must try!” Siddharth further added, “We have a large floor area of around 2000Sqft to give a comfortable dining experience to more than seventy people. The ambience presents a perfect blend of modernism and spiritualism, and is definitely one of a kind in Udaipur.”

“Being an entrepreneurial venture, Zucchini aims to open its branches all across the country in future”, said Siddharth Agrawal.
