Under the ‘Ek Paudha Ek Parivaar’ initiative 3000 Saplings were distributed today in four different parts of the city, under the ‘Green Udaipur Clean Udaipur’ program by Rotary Club, Udaipur.

B.L. Mehta, Club President informed that “The saplings were distributed free of cost in Durga Nursery, Sevashram, Devendra Dhaam and Fatehpura areas.  Saplings of Peepal, Papita, Meetha Neem, Sheesham, Tulsi and others were distributed.”

“The receivers of the saplings were given responsibility to take care of these plants until they grow significantly. The response towards this second phase of ‘Green Udaipur Clean Udaipur’ was overwhelming”, he added.

Officials including NJirmal Singhvi, Ramesh Chaudhary, Surendra Jain, Tejsingh Modi, Gajendra Jodhawat, Munish Goyal, Manik Nahar, Naresh Chandra Bansal and others were present while distributing the saplings.
