AIESEC, a not-to-profit organization’s Udaipur Chapter which aims providing platform for young people for leadership, global internship and voluntarism has organized various Pre events during the month of November.

The events under the banner of UTSAV 2015 included various fun and learn activities conducted by AIESEC volunteers with rural children.

The Cultural Day

AIESEC Udaipur’s first pre-event on Nov 5th ,2015 at Hansraj Children Home with eighty three most amazing and talented girls.

The event followed by the group activity. The girls were divided into groups with volunteers who interacted with the girls and played games. The program followed by cultural competition and winners were awarded with prizes like stationary items etc. to promote the value of education among the girls The event concluded with decorating UTSAV by diyas with the help of girls.

The Day of Full of Colors

This second pre-event was held on Nov 15, 2015 with theme “Full of Colors” at Nalafala Village with awesome one hundred and twenty five kids.

Children were divided in the groups consisting of one volunteer and they were taught origami craft with colorful papers and made drawings in the team and a competition was conducted among them so that they can learn the team work. They came up with such creative pieces and amazed everyone.

Volunteers taught them AIESEC roll calls and jives which they enjoyed a lot. Winners of team drawing competition after all this we distributed the stationary  items.

Sports Day

Sports day organized by AIESEC Udaipur in government school on Nov 20, 2015 where children from class first to eighth participated and showed their sports skilled in the games like dodge ball, spoon and lemon race, frog race and simple race.

Volunteers interacted with the children after that the awesome part AIESEC Jives and then winners were announced and awarded with prizes. AIESEC volunteers also distributed chocolates, clicked the selfies with the kids and gave them the stationary set , the event concluded with creation of miniature of UTSAV with the help of children.

 Christmas Party

The Christmas Party was the last pre-event organized by AIESEC Udaipur at SEVA PARMO DHARAM with more than hundred boys full of talent and energy.

AIESEC Udaipur team first interacted with the boys and divided them into groups with the volunteers with each group was given the task which they had to perform after preparing it, tasks were like dancing, singing, acting and painting and they came up with awesome team work with the help of volunteers, they gave the performances amazed everyone.

Meanwhile they wrote their wishes and we all performed AIESEC jives during that Santa came and gave surprise and narrated the story of Lord Jesus and after that children clicked pictures with Santa and at the end we made hand imprints of the boys on the white cloth giving the shape of UTSAV.

 AIESEC Udaipur has attempted to provide a platform for talented children at all the places & amazed everyone with their skills. There was an amazing coordination between the volunteers of AIESEC.
