Banyan Roots, known for its multi styled facet for organic food, art, music and café has launched South Indian delicacies in its cozy and lively café. The restaurant was launched on 14 December after a complete makeover by the young members of the group.

The kitchen is administered by Arpit Nair, who promised to serve great dishes of South India, while the interior and exterior of the restaurant is designed, colored and decorated by the members coming from all walks of life.

Unlike the traditional restaurants and eateries, Banyan Roots encourage its guests to interact with each other, share their views, showcase their talents and skills and make a global community inside a small gamut of likeminded people.
