Vaccine to combat swine flu was dispersed among the masses in a camp organised today by Bohra Youth Medical Relief Society.

The camp started at 7 in the evening at Bohra Youth Medicare Centre in Bohrawadi and was sponsored by Rehana Germanwala, Councillor, Ward 48. Around 4000 individuals were benefited by free medical doses.

According to Anees Miyaji, Spokesperson, Bohra Youth Community, “We prepared Kada (vaccine) enough for 4000 individuals in the camp; distribution continued for 2 hours.”

According to the information received, death toll in Udaipur has touched a double digit figure in a short duration of 2 months; across the country the fatalities from the disease in 2012 were 344.
