Cycle Rally returns to Udaipur after covering 850 Km in 10 Days
6th Battalion The Rajputana Rifles (Eklingarh Army Unit) completed 850 Km long social cause inflicted cycle rally on Thursday.
6th Battalion The Rajputana Rifles (Eklingarh Army Unit) completed 850 Km long social cause inflicted cycle rally on Thursday. The team comprising of 34 soldiers covered Jaisamand, Chittorgarh, Bheem, Kumbhalgarh, Rajsamand and Haldighati to Udaipur in 10 days from 16th to 26th March.
Station commander, brigadier Harshvardhan Singh welcomed back the team. Singh informed that the rally had started to carry out the message of save girl child, educate girl child, Swacch Bharat and Join Indian Army campaigns.
The soldiers after the completion of the victorious rally said that the rally was like a mission to them which had to be completed. The entire force acted like one and with immense team spirit and cooperation completed the mission.
