A 16 year old kid with possible mental illness was found by Pratapnagar Police on the night of July 21. Police have registered a report towards the same and have also intimated the Child Line.

Vimala Chauhan of Child Line mentioned that because of possible state of mental illness, the child is unable to divulge any information. He only responds with a Yes, No or Rama to any question.
