A rainwater harvesting system was instituted in Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Bedla, as a gift from Inner wheel Club Udaipur. With this system, all the rain water from the terrace would be channelized into the tube well, in the premises. Eventually, the tube well will sustain its water level round the year.

The Club Secretary, Shakuntala Dhakad mentioned that, the project is financially supported by female members of Inner wheel club.

Rita Bapna, Rita Mahajan, and Devika Saanghvi along with the President of the club Madhu Sudh; Secretory, Shakuntla Dhakhad; Sonal Khameshra, Sundari Chatwaani and Surjeet Kaur Chabra, attended the event and handed over the responsibility of the system to Principal of the School and District Education Officer.
