In a weekly lake cleanliness drive by Jheel Hiteshi Nagrik Manch, Chandpol and Rangsagar Ghats were cleaned by the group members.

Members took out two quintal of waste from lakes comprised of Water Weed, Ritual Materials, Footwear and Liquor Bottles.

Members also initiated an awareness drive where they informed people about lake cleanliness and ways to achieve the same.

Members including Haji Sardar Mohd., Kamlesh Purohit, Sohanlal Kalyana, Kishore Gehlot, Manish Golcha, Zulfikar Sheikh, Badrilal, Haji Noor Mohd., Vishwaraj Dodiya, AR Khan and Anwar Sheikh participated in the cleanliness drive.

The group collectively voiced their opinion on installing CCTV cameras at major ghats of lakes in the city.
