A team from the Consumer Rights Organization (UAS, Upbhokta Adhikar Sangathan), an all India consumer group, are actively running a Consumer Awareness Movement in Udaipur and all over India with a motive to bringing awareness to the general public about their rights and to solve their problems or complains.

Recently, a team from Udaipur led by District Organization Secretary Gargi Agarwal and District Committee Member Hemant Agarwal, attended a national level seminar on the movement at New Delhi where State Presidents were rewarded for their work.

In the seminar, D.P Sharma, National President of the organization inaugurated the Annual Consumer magazine and inaugurated the Consumer Awareness Movement “Bill Leke Dekho”.

Describing the movement, Gargi said that, “we are working to make the consumer smarter. Consumers must know their rights and power and we are here to help them. We are associated with a few lawyers in Udaipur who could advise and help consumers in case of fraud, improper service or any other grievance against a product or a service provider.”

Members of the Organization in Udaipur have invited local people to approach them in case of any grievance.
