Saroj Patel and Archana Shaktawat, started handling responsibilities as Coordinator, Divye Mother Milk Bank formally from today onwards.

Saroj will serve as the Operations Coordinator while Archana is the Administrative coordinator.

Saroj patel said, “After the processing, Mother’s Milk will be provided to infants admitted in NICU from now onwards. In past, infants had to be fed formula-milk which had the increased possibilities of affecting infant’s health”.

Archana Shaktawat informed that, “The donor mothers will be checked first for HIV, HBSAG and VDRL before taking the milk in process”.

Both Saroj and Archana will be providing their services free of cost in State’s first Mother Milk Bank established in Maternity Ward of MB Hospital.
