URC (URCreator), an NGO, has started door to door services for waste collection in specific wards under Udaipur Municipality.

Currently the service is being offered in Ward No. 18, 19 and 20 and is expected to soon cover more wards in the city.  This service is not charged.

In the wards where the service is active, the waste collection open auto comes blaring with a loud Swatch Bharat song and that is a trigger to all the households in the area to dump their waste into the auto for it to be taken care of.
