Recognition to the Cleanliness drive by Bohra Community
The Cleanliness Drive by Dawoodi Bohra Community that first started in Karachi, Pakistan and reached Udaipur on Oct. 14 this year, has been formally inaugurated in the presence of Rajni Dangi, Chairperson, Municipal Council and Paras Singhvi, President of Health Committee, today 9:30 am at Moiadpura, outside the Mosque.
The Cleanliness Drive by Dawoodi Bohra Community that first started in Karachi, Pakistan and reached Udaipur on Oct. 14 this year, has been formally inaugurated in the presence of Rajni Dangi, Chairperson, Municipal Council and Paras Singhvi, President of Health Committee, today 9:30 am at Moiadpura, outside the Mosque.
The program began, when the members of the Bohra community distributed buckets to the Municipal Councilors of various localities of Udaipur, predominantly resided by Bohra community.
Councilors of Moiadpura, Najam Marg, Vazihpura, Ajanta Gali, Bastiramji Ki Bari, Fatehpura and Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg localities were handed over buckets as gesture of cleanliness drive.
Later, Aamil Sheikh Mustafa Moiyaddi in his speech talked about the importance of cleanliness in Islam.
Rajni Dangi said, “I appreciate the initiative taken by the Bohra Community and promise for the best possible help from Municipal Council, in this campaign”.
Dangi also said, “It will be an example for Udaipurites and I hope every individual as well as communities initiate such cleanliness campaigns in the Lakecity and help it make a clean and green city”.
