Ride2Light Cyclists reach Udaipur
A group of cyclists reached Udaipur today during their 24000 km expedition which started from Bangalore and will end in Delhi. The journey is not for leisure or touring but for raising funds for some serious social and health related causes.

Cyclists Chandan Tiwary ( Lawyer and Legal advisor ), Santosh Bhardwaj (Mechanical Engineer), Sidhharth Duderia from Bangalore , Guru Prasad ( Indian Air Force, Gwalior) and Rahul Kumawat (Design Engineer) Udaipur/Bangalore were found relaxing at Chocolate Room today.
While informing about their mission, Rahul Kumawat said that the campaign “Ride to Light” is a charity cycle ride for causes like Girl Child Education, Sanitation, Cancer Awareness, Para Athlete Awareness and Mittur Charitable Trust.
The journey started from Bangalore to Delhi via Goa, Mumbai and Udaipur and every day the cyclists cover 150 km.
When asked what inspired them to start the campaign, Chandan Tiwary said, “Bangalore Marathon which is an annual cycle event held for various causes motivated us to start the campaign Ride to Light.”
The group has already raised funds of Rs.2 Lac and interested people can help them through Milaap Crowdfunding.
The cyclists will leave Udaipur on Tuesday morning.
