100 Units of Blood was donated today in a Blood Donation Camp organized by Round Table India & Ladies Circle India (Udaipur Chapter). The camp was held at MB Hospital and Aravali Institute.

One of the Round Table Members informed that, the blood donation camp was held with great enthusiasm and about 100 Units of blood were donated by Tablers, Circlers and Volunteers of all 3 Round Tables of Udaipur.

The blood donation drive marked the beginning of the RTI Week that will consist of 7 days of dedicated community service activities.

An active Tabler said that the week-long event is consisting of several social, cultural and voluntary activities like a friendly cricket match, school level competitions and get together etc. “The only motive is to celebrate the Fellowship of Round Table”, said Aviral.

The blood donation camp at MB hospital held from morning 9 till 12 pm whereas at Aravali Institute, the event took place from 11 am to 2 pm.

Round Table India works primarily towards educating the under privileged by constructing schools and classrooms across India. RTI has built around 1710 schools across India at a total outlay of Rs. 130 Crores. Every day one classroom is built under the Freedom through Education project of RTI.

One such school built in Udaipur by Round Table India is the Vidya Niketan Ucch Maadhyamik Vidyalaya in Badgaon. We received whole hearted support from staff, management and students of Aravali Institute.
