In an act dedicated to Manohar Singh Mehta, members of Chandpol Naagrik Samiti, Jheel Sanrakshan Samiti and Dr. Mohan Singh Mehta Memorial Trust organized a Shramdaan at Lake Pichola.

Mohan Singh, Ramesh Chand Rajput, Ambalal Nakwal, Raju Hela, Ram lal Gehlot, Mahendra Solanki, Kailash Khatik, Madan Meena, Durga Shanker Purohit and Tej Shanker Paliwal collaborated for the Shramdan.

During Shramdan, the lake was cleaned from polythene bags, household garbage, liquor bottles, dead fish, floating weed etc. During the end of the Shramdan, Nand Kishore Sharma and Anil Mehta remembered the contribution of Manohar Singh Mehta in the field of lake conservation.
