At 60 years, Gagandeep Khosla’s grit, determination, cycling skills and attitude is sure to get even youngster thinking.

Gagan, an avid cyclist, for many years, is a Chartered Accountant from New Delhi, and a veteran of the The Scindia School, Gwalior.

He has undertaken a Cycling trip from Leh to Kanyakumari, in an effort to raise funds for children from poor families, who have a an aptitude for studies and other brilliance.  He hopes to raise around Rs 1 Crore towards the fund.

Going solo on the bicycle trip, Gagan aims to cover the over 4,000km stretch and is accompanied by his school mate and friend, Devendra Bhatnagar will also travel with him, to provide logistic support, such as the right kind of food, etc over the 28 day expedition.

Gagan, who started the solo cycle trip has earlier done the treacherous Manali – Leh road with his team and co-cyclists, and looks at reaching Kanyakumari on October 18 or 19.  The trip began on September 21.
