Consumer Rights Organization (UAS, Upbhokta Adhikar Sangathan) organized a consumer awareness program in Gulab Bagh at 8 AM on 7th April 2013 in which a signature drive and promotional activity of ‘Bill Leke Dekho’ campaign was organized.

This campaign was launched by Rajni Dangi, Mayor Udaipur Municipal Corporation. She appreciated the initiative and said that public awareness increases through such consumer awareness programs. “People should start taking the invoice of every item purchased to avoid the inconvenience later on”, she added.

On the occasion, State President Navin Agarwal gave a brief description of consumer rights and consumer laws.

People who came for morning walk participated in the activity by understanding the importance of the bill and consumer rights, and by signing the flex as a mark of pledge to take bill of the things they will purchase.
