Udaipurwale Group conducts Free Blood Test Camp
A free blood group test camp was organized on Sunday 15th May at Aravali Path Lab and Aravali Hospital. The interesting thing is that the event was organized by a Facebook Group – Udaipurwale to mark group’s first anniversary.

Udaipurwale, a group of more than 27000 people is a booming online platform facilitating local needs, business deals and many social works for business and social development.
A unit of blood has 30 days of shelf life, we thought it would be great to make list of Voluntary Blood Donors instead of organizing a blood donation camp, says Dr Anand Gupta, group’s mentor and Director of Aravali Hospital.
Sharad Lodha, one of the admins of Udaipurwale said “Over a 100 people turned out to get their blood group check done, it is not a great number in a group of 27000+ members but we are happy to see that we being a virtual group successfully conducted offline activity”.
The group was formed a year back and received continuous appreciation for its several contributions. Recently Udaipur Police Department also praised group’s role in time of any emergency situations.
