All Set for Sakal Jain Samuhik Vivah on 26th Jan
The 14th Samukhik Vivah (Mass Community Marriage) function of the Sakal Jain community will be organized on 26th January 2013. 25 couples will get married in the mass community wedding function held at BN College ground under the joint auspices of the Shree Mahaveer Yuva Manch Sansthan and Samuhik Vivah Samaroh Samiti.

The 14th Samukhik Vivah (Mass Community Marriage) function of the Sakal Jain community will be organized on 26th January 2013. 25 couples will get married in the mass community wedding function held at BN College ground under the joint auspices of the Shree Mahaveer Yuva Manch Sansthan and Samuhik Vivah Samaroh Samiti.
Various preparations are already in place to make the event an ideal reminiscence for all. Rajkumar Fattawat, Chief Patron of Shree Mahaveer Yuva Manch Sansthan said that a VIP pandaal (tent) has been put into place for the Bride and Groom and for their special guests.
Wedding Schedule
The Baraat procession will start from Fatah School Ground at 9 in the morning and will reach BN College ground where Grooms will observe the tradition of Toran.
After that, the couples tying the knot will be seated on the main stage where the custom of Varmala will take place; this will be followed by Alankaran Samaroh 2013. A Mass feast for invited guests will take place consecutively.
At 2:20pm, the customary of wedding proceedings will be done according to the Jain community ritual. At the time of the Bride-Groom departure, prominent personalities of the community will present 101 gifts and presents to all the couples.

Gulabchand Kataria, former Home Minister will bless the Bride and Groom while the Chief Guest of the program will be Mukesh Modi, Managing Director of Adarsh Credit Bank. Other prominent guests will be Mumbai based Naresh Parmar and Paras Parmar; Madhu Mehta, District Chief and Rajni Dangi, Chairperson, Udaipur Municipal Council.
Lodging and Boarding
Friends and relatives of the Bride and Groom arriving in Udaipur will reside at the Champalal Dharmshala and Vasupujya Dharmshala.
Alankaran 2013
Tinu Mandawat, President of the Mahaveer Yuva Manch Sansthan informed that, in the program of Anankaran 2013, various prominent personalities of the community will be honored.
Tarachand Hukmi Chand Parmar (Mumbai) will be honored with Samaj Bhushan; Patron of Mewar Sangh Mumbai, Motilal Bholilal Kothari with Samaj Gaurav; Sampatlal Gandhi (Surat) will be honored with Samaj Ratan; Heeralal Malu (Kolkata) with Samaj Nidhi; Mahendra Pagaria (Mumbai) with Yuva Gaurav and Bherulal Kothari (Chennai) with Yuva Ratn.
