Lord Ganesha was given a warm welcome today by the devotees in Udaipur on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Various social groups and families bought idol of Ganpati, which have been established in respective localities.

Ganesh Chaturthi being one of the most important festivals of Hindu calendar month is celebrated for 10 days.

In Udaipur, number of social groups were seen dancing in a procession, while bringing home Lord Ganesha. On the other side, long cue of devotees was also seen at Bohra Ganesh Ji temple. Gates of temple were kept open since last night (28^th August), which will remain open till today midnight.

The devotees also organized special prayers at Bohra Ganesh Ji temple on this day and offered Ladoo prepared in ghee.
