The festival of Hariyali Amavasya in the form of fair is celebrated each year in the monsoon season that gives an overview of Rajasthani culture, traditions, food, colors and music. People from all over the Mewar come to Udaipur to be part of this fun-filled two day fest.

The first day saw influx of many people from surrounding villages clad in colorful, traditional attire and having an entertaining time in the fair. The overflow at Fateh Sagar made a spectacular view for all the tourists and rural people.

While the day started with the shining sun but by afternoon, heavy rains made way in the afternoon. While some enjoyed the rains, many were seen heading for shelter. Despite the sudden weather change, the fair continued to give people a fun filled day.
