Shilpgram Utsav or Shilpgram Festival 2016 began with its traditional and signature fan fare and in all its glory at Shilpgram, Udaipur.  Organized under the auspices of the West Zone Cultural Centre, the activities on dance, music, culture from across the Indian landscape are up for all to see and appreciate.
