The historical Mahasatya Mandir at Udaipur bathed in the full moon night of Kartik Poornima. The splendid view was captured by UT photo journalist Ayush Devpura, last night on 6th Nov.

Kartika Poornima is marked as one of the holiest nights in Hindu Religion. Many social, cultural and religious events take place on this auspicious occasion across India. Varied beliefs are attached with this night that are associated with different Hindu communities.

Though in Udaipur, the night is marked as a special night of prayers to please Lord Brahma.
