In the series of various programs to mark the birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap which falls on 11 June this year, the devotees remembered the sacrifices of Pannadhay and Bhilu Rana today.

A garland ceremony of Pannadhay was organized by Shri Ram Bajrang Sena earlier this morning, while Sakal Adivasi Samaj paid homage to Rana Punja Bheel ( Bhilu Rana) at Pratap Nagar near Reti stand.

According to Virendra Singh Boheda, Vice President of Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha, programs for Pratap Jayanti started from 4^th June itself, where numbers of religious rituals are being followed under the banner of Mahasabha; these sequential events will conclude with a mass procession organized on 11^th June.

Virendra Singh added that on 7^th June Muslim Mahasabha will garland Hakim Khan Suri at Moti Magri in the morning, whereas in the evening idol of Maharana Pratap will be given a holy bath with milk and Pratap Smarak will be decorated with lightings.
