Eid marks completion of the holy month of Ramadan in which large Muslims strictly abide to religious activities including prayers and fasting.
Muslim men embraced each other and wished “Eid Mubarak”. “Sewaiyan” & “Sheer Khurma”, the famous Muslim sweets, were served to all guests.
The cloudy atmosphere made the festival even more rejoicing as most people spent the holiday along the country side.
UT extends heartiest wishes on Eid to all its readers.
