The performance will start from 7:15 pm and entry for the audience will be free.

Additionally, on March 19, 2026, the district administration will organise the main Rajasthan Day cultural evening at Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, where folk artists from different districts of Rajasthan will perform traditional dances.

Dr Hussain informed that the Ramayana puppet drama was originally created in the 1960s by the founder of Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar, and it has been performed in India and abroad many times. In 2019, with support from the Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi, the puppet production was recreated. The performance also marked the opening of Deepotsav 2019 in Ayodhya.
