To manage the law and order situation in a better way on upcoming Mega-Fair of Hariyali Amavasya, government authorities planned out a special way to supervise the two day fair on July 30-July 31, 2011.

The authority has appointed special magistrates and chief executives to enhance the coordination while assuring the safety and security of people visiting the fair.

Udaipur District Magistrate has informed today that three specific areas are given under control of specially appointed officers. The area includes Fateh Sagar paal, Moti Magri and Saheliyon ki bari.

Magistrate of Girwa will control paal of Lake Fateh sagar while Chief executive officer of District Council will take over moti magri area and the land acquisition officer of UIT will take care of sahelion ki bari as an executive officer.

Similarly, on day-2 i.e. 31^st July, the day special for women’s fair, chief commissioner of Devsthan will look after fateh sagar paal, chief director of Women and Child development department will control saheliyon ki bari and project director of Anuja Nigam will control moti magri while additional director of Tourism Department will be the coordinator of the event.
