A fun-n-frolic session was held at Central Public School (CPS) today at the start of the Hariyali Amavas Fair organized at the school’s premises at Bhopalpura. Inaugurated by Lieutenant Col. Mahendra Singh, the fair was fervently enjoyed by students of all age-groups.

“We are organizing Hariyali Amavas fair from the last 20 years in our school,” said Alka Sharma, Director of CPS while enjoying with the school kids. She said that the cultural importance should be preserved for our young generation and by the time they also enjoy a clean and cheerful environment with their parents.

Deepak Sharma, Joint Director of the school, Zehra Ali Principal, CPS and Geeta Nair Principal, Rockwoods School were also present at the fair.

A tree plantation was also carried out by the school administration.
