Following the celebrations under the Nav-Samvatsar (Hindu New Year) programme, Bharat Mata pujan and arti were performed at Surajpole yesterday. Under the same programme, competitions and cultural programmes are the highlights for today evening at Fatehsagar pal.

Members of Akhil Bharatiya Nav Varsh Samaroh Samiti, Bajrang Sena, Committee President Dr. Pradeep Kumawat, Kamlendra Singh Panwar, Sunil Kalra, Jitendra Jain, Shiv Singh Solanki, Mukesh Rawat, Deepak Menaria, Nirmal Kothari, Rajesh Khatik, Rajesh Vasita, Shankar Singh, Dr. Jairaj Acharya, Harishankar Tiwari, Manish Tiwari etc. were present for the arti on Thursday.

Today evening at 6, turban tying competition will be held at Fatehsagar pal. Cultural programs and classical dance are also the highlights for the evening. Children under the age of 12 years wearing turban or pagdi will be awarded.
